I’m a bit too busy these day to rewrite a blog on this chapter again and because I want to do the chapter 69, but I’m keeping this place in case I feel like it… hehe.

So Black Stone tour have started. They are about to do rehearsal, but Shin is late. They said he was at his home (his father’s). Shin looked a little down and unmotivated. Nana’s asked her boss if she could dive into to crowd during the concert. They refused telling her she’ll die. Nana replied that dying in a sea of fans would be her wish.
Since Ren returned home, Nana didn’t have anything planned that evening. Nana felt nervous because she wants everything to go right. It feels like she is worried about her relationship with Ren. But everything was doing well. They could talk normally and enjoy them self. Everything was doing fine: she made up with Hachi, work is doing well, it’s fine with Ren. She looked at peace. She was wondering if she’ll be happier to die with Ren or on stage. It made me nervous again… will she try to kill Ren and herself? o_O She said that if she could sing all she wants and live happily with Ren, she won’t regret anything if she could die alone in the end. What’s important is how you live your life. It made me wonder lot of things…. in the last chapter we read that Nana wanted to die. So it is because things we not going well with Ren and she couldn’t sing anymore?
Shin is also going home to take some of his stuff. In the way, he got a message from Reira telling him she is now home, she wants to talk to him once more and she’ll be waiting for his call. Of course, he is not calling back with his sad face. At his apartment, he crossed his older brother. Shin was still indifferent. His brother told him that his room doesn’t exist anymore since his dad changed it to a library. Somehow, Shin looked shocked or very hurt. I’m not too sure. As a child, whatever you say, you always wants to be loved by your parent…
The next morning of Black Stone concert, Hachi is preparing breakfast for Takumi. He asked her if she was still mad. “Nope” she replied, even if she made a angry face on Takumi’s omelet. Anyhow, I’m sure she was happy to be with Takumi again. Then she received a call from Yasu who asked if Shin was with her. It seems like Shin is missing. Takumi also call Reira who was shocked to know that Takumi knew about them. Then someone was at her door. She rushed thinking it might be Shin, but it was Ren asking about Shin. All worried, she asked him what happened.
His manager went to Shin’s home at the place they said they’ll met, but he wasn’t there. He also said that when he called to his home, Shin’s brother answered saying he crossed Shin in the hall, but he never came home. Ren asked Reira if she knew where he could be. She said there was a woman in the same apartment who taught him a lot about bad things. Then at Nana’s office, the main office called saying Shin was arrested…
From the last sentence “Are you living everyday so that even if the end were to come… you’d have no regrets”, I wonder if it’s the moment when everything fall down for Nana? But everything was good for her… she didn’t mind her mother as well… I wonder what Shin did to be in jail? He did kill anyone since we see him in the ‘future’… did he went to that woman and did some mean things to her? He’s hurt because of his father and Reira, he wouldn’t do that… If Shin was in jail, what happened to their tour? I wonder if they’ll break their contract because of that… it can’t be… must be something bigger then that… I want to know!! >_<

Before I start, I’ll explain few things. When I talk about the present, it’s everything related to our characters when they are grow up: Nana disappeared and her friends are looking for her; We also see Hachi’s daughter, etc. The past is the time of the debut of Black stone and Hachi is still pregnant.
The chapter starts with a image of the current Nana, with blond long hair, in front of the sea. We can read “I was happy anywhere, where I could see the ocean.” Then “She was engaged to the love of her life… Her dream of a debut has been realized… Nana, who should have had everything… now… her fate is still unfolding little by little…”. Nana was looking at the sea and she had a sad look. I guess she wasn’t so happy.
Still in the present, Hachi, Nobu. Yasu and Shin are in the table of the old apartment looking at the pictures of Nana. From the recording and the pictures, they guessed that she was in England. Nana’s always been influenced by British pop-culture icons like Sex pistols and Vienne, so it makes sense. Shin also add the Nana’s probably heard lot of stories from Ren… and they had a sad look… it made me nervous wondering what happenned to Ren… did he dead or maybe cheat of her with Reira?? They looked relieved to know that Nana was alive since they were not even sure.
Then we have the continuation of the first page narration “I was happy anywhere, where I could see the ocean…”; “If the ocean is nearby, then I can die whenever I want. Those kind of thoughts bring me some peace. I think I can try to go on living for another day.” It seems like Nana wants to die. Why? ;_;
Still in the apartment with Hachi who heard some melody from her old room. She saw Nobu playing with his guitar. They kinda have a sad look. As it is was sad/prohibited for Nobu to play. Nobu said that he have to play his guitar one in a while or it will get lonely. Then she sat next to him and they started to talk. We learned that Hachi now do wardrobe work. I am not too sure what it is… doing some clothing?? Nobu is not working at his parents inn. He seems to also organized shows with amateurs/locals bands. And Ren is gone to England ‘again’ to Takumi’s they said. And he plays guitar all the time. I can guess that both bands disbanded. I can understand that Blanck Stone disband since their singer is missing, but Trapnest as well?
Then we see Yasu and Shin in a car. Shin is now doing TV series. Yasu asked about Misato-chan… Shin is with Misato-chan?? Which one? Nana’s sister or the other one?? What about Reira? ;_; Then they talk about the person who sent the photos, they think it’s the cameraman/journalist who track Nana’s past. They wonder why he sent the pictures secretly to Hachi instead of making it public. They also said that Nana’s is working there with a fake visa so she’ll be deported eventually…
Then back to the sea image, we can read Nana’s narration saying that she came to this place to find a place to die, but she is still alive.
Back at the past. Trapsnest is back from recording London. Ren arrived at his apartment and see lot of Shounen jump (he asked her to buy them for him) and an ot from Nana’s saying she did some miso soup. Ren smiled. Then we see Black Stone beginning their preparation for a huge concert. Takumi is also back to Hachi, who was pretty pissed off. I guess she is pissed because he didn’t call her??
Now back to the sea image with the present Nana sitting in front of the sea. She said that she can not trow away her live that Hachi’s saved.
I wonder what she meant by that… did she tried to kill herself and Hachi saved her? Or did she saved her with her friendship and love? I remember that her friends were not even sure if she was alive. Maybe she wa caught in a accident?? But she wants to die… I wonder what happened. >_<

It’s the New Year. Hachi have been staying at Nana’s place for a while now since their husbands are overseas.
In London, Reira have a cold so she couldn’t got to Sweden like she wanted. Ren is looking after her and yelled at Takumi who didn’t go to see her even once! When Takumi decided to go because Ren was so annoying, Ren had a warm smile… I hope it’s just a friendship love. >_< Ren loved Reira because she went out with Yasu, but he loves Nana, right??
When Reira woke up she could see Takumi sleeping near her and holding her hand… Then she remembered her conversation with Ren. She said, it seems like being the singer of Trapnest was more precious to her than Shin-chan. What makes her sad it’s the fact that her decision hurted Shin. Then Ren said that what she really wanted was to stay at Takumi’s side… she tried to denied it, but we all know it’s true… Back from the flashbacks, we see Reira crying.
Back to Tokyo, Shion (in contact with Yasu) does some investigation on Nana’s family since they left their house and there is a lot of rumors amongst the fans. Misato’s friend, Chikage, is very worried about her since they didn’t contact each other since then.
Black Stone first album is finally on sale! The album title is Black spot. It seems like the meaning is ‘a place where accidents happen regularly’. Nana’s named it, but I don’t get it… hehe. Hachi bought 3 copiessaying she wanted to contribute to the chart. Nana looks even more pissed because the money it’s from Trapnest (Takumi). Trapnest is like an ennemie for Nana. Even if their sales are pretty much the same, even though Ren give her that much attention… Hachi is wondering what demon Nana is fighting with. I wonder if it’s her pride. Is she jealous of Reira? She didn’t like the idea of Ren writing songs for another girl, etc. Plus she knows Reira is a good singer. Maybe the fact that Ren left them for Trapnest?? Thinking that it’s because they were not good enough? Well I guess there is ton of reasons…
Chikage and Shion’s right hand met with Misato’s brother (Nana’s step brother). They moved out temporary since the media came to their house. Civilians are not supposed to be named, etc. but since they took pictures of the neighborhood, the media all knew it was them. So Misato moved to her aunt. She didn’t want to come back with her brother. She don’t answer to Chikage’s phone call as well. It seems like she pity Nana and can’t forgive her mom. When they asked about the whereabouts of her mom. He was ashamed to say that she fled… her mom acted like she was OK, but now she feel bad as well? Or she just leave everybody when she wants?? Or she will try to contact Nana??

The chapter started with Nana’s reading the article with NObu worried in front of her. Nana’s cellphone was ringing, but she did not answered… it was Hachi. When Nana’s finished reading the article, Nobu started saying that she shouldn’t let the article bother her. Even if her mother left her, etc. she should look to her friends who are good as familly now. He was worried, but she just started smiling saying that she understands. She sees how precious she is to all of them. She said the article look fake as well.
Then the door rang. Nobu went to check the door. He saw Hachi on the screen. He push the button to open the door and told her to come in. She was surprised to hear Nobu’s voice… she hesitated to enter. When he told Nana that its Hachi, she couldn’t believe him since she is suposed to be at her parent’s. Then Nobu run to get Hachi since he was afraid that she left because he was there (they still didn’t really make up).
Nobu said he was really happy to see her there since he was really worried for Nana. Hachi’s heart was feeling really heavy, but after talking to Nobu, she felt lighter. I guess the situation with Nobu was hard on her as well and it just stopped now. I’m glad that they could be able to met again normally. 
So Hachi decided to stay with Nana until Ren comes back. Both husband will come back at the same times anyways. ^_^; When Nana join her band for practice, they were all surprised to see how cheerful she looked. They soon understood that it might be because Hachi was there.
Back at home, Nana received a call from Ren who was worried with the article. Hachi was a little jealous to know that he calls her everyday. Hachi thought that when she is with Takumi, she feels like she have a reason to live. But when they are appart, she wonder what is her value to him. I guess she is really happy with Takumi somehow and loves him a lot. Back to Nana and Ren’s call, she said that she knew it was possible that her mom was still alive. No one ever told her that she was dead anyway. What bother her, was that they publish it like that without any hesitation. I’m happy that Nana could talk to Ren like that. Sometimes I was wondering if she could be herself with him. When you love someone, you should be able to show your weakness to them.
When they hang up, we see Ren and Reira together at a park. They had a normal conversation about relationship, then Reira started saying that if she goes to Sweden now, what would happen. Ren asked why Sweden. He said to not stir his curiosity then not explain herself. Then she said that she really wanted to see the place where Shin was born and raised. Ren was surprised. She continued, saying that maybe they’ll understand each other more. She was the one who asked to stop seeing each other, but now she can’t do anything for him. Reira was crying and Ren hold her. It seems like Ren didn’t know for Reira and Shin.They seems to have a normal friendly relationship and Reira trusted him enought to say all that. I think she never told anyone about Shin. I think Ren really loves Nana and Reira loves Shin, so they won’t do anything, but I am sure that they’ll be misunderstood. There is so many hints for that…
At the ending naration, Hachi said that before that New Year she was full of hope. She didn’t know that the countdown to the tragedy had already started. So it will start soon?? We will soon see what will happen to Nana. For the few hints we got, it seems like everybody will think that Nana died. She looks OK with the article, I wonder what will hurt her. Since she thinks its fake, maybe she’ll be hurt when she’ll meet her mother? Her step sister, Misato, will probably want to talk to Nana, ask her mom to apologize, etc. It can’t be just that. Maybe her mom will tell her why she abandonned her. Maybe she’ll say means things like she never love her, etc. What about Ren? I hope nothing bad will happen to Ren. 
Since the past two chapters, Hachi hoped for a miracle: that Ren and Nana met. If both of them are alive, we won’t call it a miracle… but at that time, she wasn’t sure Nana was still alive. Oh well… let’s wait for chapter 65 ^_^;

Hachi couldn’t sleep so she took the train to her parent’s. We also see Shin waking up and leaving that woman who look just like Reira. Seems like she likes little boys. 
Yasu is also meeting with Misato who brought her grand-father diary ans some letter that Nana’s mother wrote to him. She explained that her parent were really busy, her grand-mother passed away, so she was raised by her grand-father when she was little. When he passed away during middle school, she couldn’t leave his house and spend days crying. Then she found his diary. That’s when she discovered that Nana’s grand-mother and her grand-father were lovers. No, he is not related to Nana, he is not her grand father or anything. Just her grand-mother’s lovers after she moved to Tokyo with her mom. Even before Nana was born. Before he died, he was worried about Nana and her grand-mother. At the last page of the diary, he was talking about Nana who looked very happy for the first time. She told him she had a boyfriend and a band. He said that her grand-mother should be happy in heaven now.
After that Misato was very curious about Nana. Yasu asked her why she was curious about Nana, Misato said she don’t know. She is the type to fall easyly in love with characters in stories. Hehe. She said when she first saw Nana in a live, it was love at first sigh! She think it must be her grand-father blessing that both of them met like that so they won’t be lonely.
She never met Nana’s mother. It seems like she wanted to cut off ties and not be involved. She said “I want to forget the past. So just leave me alone.”. Nana’s mother and grand-mother didn’t have a good relationship, Misato’s grand-father was their go-between.
We all know that Misato is very worried that Nana will get hurt when she’ll know all that, but Yasu was wondering why Misato still use Nana’s step sister real name. Of course it was really careless! She didn’t think much about it at that time I guess. She just wanted to become Nana’s little sister. She was a fan, but she knew Nana’s more than anyone else and started to be obsessed with the other members as well. She was very excited to discover more on their life. I feel like she is talking about us too, obsesses fan of NANA. 
Trapest are still in London recording. At breakfast, Reira is talking that she wants to go to Sweden. Ren said he’ll go if there are good ramen shop. Reira wants to go by herself. She said she wants to go with her heart true love. Naoki is making a fuss, wondering who is her true love! Yasu? he asked. And why Sweden. Ren was worried and left the room with her. Somehow Takumi looked pissed that they looked friendly together. Because of those photo we saw Reira and Ren together?
Hachi was still very worried and thought she needed to talk to someone. So she called Takumi. First thing he said is that she been fooled by him. The pictures was probably fake. Shin and Reira whouldn’t be so careless. Then he said, the problem is solve and was about to hang up! She still wanted to talk about Nana, but Takumi said to call Yasu instead. Hachi was pissed and hang up on cluless Takumi. Then we see him go kiss some girl in a christmas party. o_O While Hachi was still pissed and crying on her bed. She knew he couldn’t do anything, but she wanted him to be worried with her. And she also thought about when he sold the information about them to Search instead of Ren and Reira’s photo and he didn’t say a word to her.
When Hachi was about to call Yasu, her little sister rushed to her room with Search’s article on Nana “The selfish mother who abandonned NANA”! Hachi was really shocked since the article wasnt suposed to be release before some days. I guess it’s a weekly or monthly magazine. She didn’t think they’ll publish it so quickly, she thought she still have some times to fix it. She thought how stupid she was.
We also see Nana’s step brother with some reporter in front of his house. Then he told Misato (the real one) to not leave the house and close the curtains. I wonder how she’ll react when she’ll know that she have the same mother than Nana… She’ll be a little happy, but she’ll be very upset with her mom since she loves Nana so much. I wonder how will be their next meeting.
At Blast’s, they said the boss knew and didn’t stop because it’ll be some good publicity. But they are worried for Nana. Misato is crying, while Shin think she’ll be OK. They were about to all go to tell her, but Yasu said that only Nobu should go. Nana might hate it if she sees that everybody are sorry for her. And its better that its Nobu since she can cry on his shoulder. That we have a flash back on when Nana was telling Yasu to not be too nice to her if he don’t want to betray Ren.
In the ending naration with images of Ren and Reira having fun playing guitar, Hachi was saying “Even though I can’t give you hapiness. At least I want to be by your side and be able to share your sadness with you. Once again.”
I wonder why there is so many images of Ren and Reira. Will they really be lovers or everybody will misunderstood they relationship? They said Ren was after Reira as well at the begining, but Yasu took her. With those words at the end, we can understand that Nana will be hurt with all this… the news about her mother and thr things with Ren?
