New books received!
I just received new books! Yay! I love have new books eve though I might not read them right away…
From what I read (no, I didn’t read the book yet), it’s a story about Bianca who got stuck at Evernight Academy since her parents are now teachers there. Evernight Academy is a vampire school, but they recently accept human student. Of course, it’s hard to fit in between vampires when you are human and a new student.
I guess Bianca is a human (for now) and will fall in love with a vampire? Or maybe she’ll learn she is a vampire too? Or something else?
I wonder if the story will end like Janie thinks it will end. With her ability, she knows what will happen to her if she keep using it. Will she endanger her own life to help others? What about her boyfriend who accept her as she is and her fate? From the back cover summary, she will disappear to let him have a normal life. People always think to do that kind of “sacrifice”. Itsn’t just selfish? So they won’t feel guilty toward the other. I always though that I’d decide for my own life, so I don’t want the other to decide for me what is good for me even though it’s good intention.
Anyways, it’s a series I enjoyed so far, so I can’t wait to read it!
My Soul to Take by Rachel Vincent, the first of the Soul Screamers series.
I read some nice reviews, so I wanted to try it even though I don’t like the cover. The heroine is a high school girl, so why do we have an older woman on the cover? She is very pretty, but still….
From what I understood, Kaylee can senses when someone near her (physically) is going to die soon and she can not help herself to scream when that happens. I wonder how she is screaming? Soul screamers are the last thing you hear before you die. So is she a soul screamer? Something like death reaper? Also, the guy that she seems to like, he knows more about it than her, what is he? I am guessing that she will try to help people to not die or at least do something to let them die in peace?
Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr, the first of the series. Yep I am ending one series, but starting 3 new series.
This is an urban faerie story of Aislinn a girl who can see faeries while normal people can’t. To avoid troubles, she learned to keep this ability hidden from humans and faeries, but I guess she’ll be found out somehow or we won’t have a story! 
What about her love life? She’ll love a human or a fairy?
My book contain some extras: an interview with the author, her playlist and more. It’s nice to have it in the book even though we probably have it in the official website too.
